Im chasing some pics of a vz calais 6ltr instrument cluster, That i will need @ a later date for my conversion, if anyone has some pics could they please put some up cheers! Also did the vy calais come out with the 6ltr motor and if so, are the calais instrument cluster the same as the vz? thanks for any help
only SOME VZ's came out with the 6 litre motor, and i think they were the hsv's, SS's (very few) and the thunder utes not sure about the calais

The reason im wanting photos (just incase anyone wants to know) is for my future project im thinking about dropping a 6ltr crate motor in my vs calais (when the old v6 has had enough) and i want to have all the calais features still available to the best of my ability things like trip computer ect ect and the only way i see that happening is if i use the 6ltr calais ecu computer and 6ltr instrument cluster or pay someone to modify the vs calais cluster to suit the new computer (prefered but most likely impossible)! I know i could go out and buy a vx ss for less than what this project will cost me in the long run but i wanted something unique pluss i luv my calais so i wanted to get some shots of the vz calais cluster to size it up to fit into the vs! only vz hsv had the 6L all the way through the vz'z life, all other v8 models started with the 5.7L up untill about mid 05 i think it was, the ssz was the last of the 5.7l's
i assumed as much. But if you search vz calais on carsales in the dealer section in has about 10 6L calais.
yeah there would be a few of them around, sv8, ss, statos, caprice, calias, ss utes and berlina wagons all had the 6L
