Anyone know what these are off?

Does anyone know what these wheels are off? I've only seen a couple of cars around with them on and just wondered. One was a VL and the other was a S/C VS.

I thought the WH grange wheels didn't have the curved bit in the centre, just straight spokes

Actually your right in a sense, they are WH Grange wheels which were also available on the Senator..
