^^^^ umm drunk much.... ^^^^ A couple of days late, but ill add in anyway... Myself and a few other mates (forum members) have a good friend who is in Iraq atm.. been away for just on 6months or so now... He is doing alright over there, he took the time to ring me for my birthday (i didnt expect that at all, but was best bday gift),as we had all written in a book for him for his 21st b'day. A few guys i know from working in bakery,a nd froms chool have also served in the army and navy. So good on them for serving our country. Everytime i hear the (spelling) Bueglar it you get a reall earie feeling inside, that so many men women and children died for out country. And some people just take this day as another day off, or a long weekend..... Pricks... Lest We Forget. Cheers Marc.
Hey Guys Just a quick thanks to everyone who has served Australia, overseas and at home. A special thanks for those who passed away while defending our country, you will not be forgotten, and also to the WW1 and WW2 vets fought so bravely so that we could enjoy the freedoms that we have today. The thing that used to annoy me the most was kids at our school assembly who would joke and goof off during the ceremony. I just wanted to thump them. I will be taking my eldest son (just turned 5) next year to the dawn service so he can start to learn the ANZAC history. Lest we forget 50LTRv8
