I do need to step in here. Who died in brisbane ina house? I thought only 1 died and that was some not so bright person deciding to check property in FLOOD WATERS?

But at the end of the day, my comment was that there is far more lost then a few suburbs in Brisbane.
Both in Victoria and QLD.

LOL, one of our friends up northen central vic way has been jet skiing down his main street lol. Only in Australia...

I think thats what is annoying most people. Let's face it, it isn't really a natural disaster...it is manmade. You build on a flooding tidal river system then you haver to expect floods. Queensland floods, thats a fact of life.

There is one more thing annoying me more than journos asking how people are, that is claiming every Tom Dick and Harry who carry out citizens duties are heroes...
