Are Extractors supposed to make a ticking noise?

Bought my 97 vs commodore bout 3 months ago and found that when i put the foot down i can hear from inside the car a ticking noise, sounds like the extractors or somthing? are they supposed to sound like that, and i dont think its a tappet. they are pacemakers.

So not worth worrying about? will i loose any power over it?

it will make the O2 sensor lie if its in front of the sensor and also melt your catalytic converter too best to fix it

ticking noise? are you sure its not your lifters? or your injectors?

yeh as stated above make sure ur o2 sensors are in properly an check gaskets 4 leaks
