    gday doctor bob!

Im my commodore vs 96 wagon the break lights are allways on when i switch on the lights, with switched off lights the break lights work like they should.I think its just wired up wrong, but could it be an indication for something else wrong?

All fixed allready,it was the bulb and one cable installed wrong.

    Cheers

    Hello Dr Bob,

Is it possible to swap out a vx series one cruise control stork to a vx series two stork without any mod's or changing BCM.

    Thanks in advance

    Les

    climate control

OK i have an exec VT and was wondering if i could convert to climate control.
I know i need heater box, temp sensors and all that but can i keep my standard BCM or would i need to change it.
If it is possible to do the above. is there anyway of running a VZ climate control unit with either VZ or VT parts (temp sensors, heater box etc)
    cheers for the help.

I have a vn6 calais and the LCD's on my cluster have stopped working, the gages did but I re-soldered the voltage regulator back on and got them working again, I have searched everywhere for answers but nothing has helped. Can this be fixed or will I have to get a replacement cluster, Also my mate says I can put either a L1 or L2 cluster in til I get a L3, is this true.
    Thanks

I have a VY V6 acclaim on LPG (dual fuel)-- I holed the sump on a stupid council medium strip at night

Sumps replaced - but when i travel at around 100kph
the check light comes on -- i go to petrol and light goes off - never goes on below 80kph around town on gas

Gas place scanned (that cost me with a tune and new mixer too and a set of Stainless plug leads)- didnt fix it but came on less often) scan on return showed Oxy sensor and TPS issue

I changed both Oxy sensors myself as got em Trade and check light came on once and not again for over 100km - havnt tested or scanned again so could it still be the TPS or maybe a damaged catalytic convertor from the sump knock? Since checked cats and they are fine (are any fine particles that tap out of inlet side unburnt petrol particles or bits of the cat - exhaust shop said former)

Do you think there may be a MEMCAL issue? The computer isnt being fooled that it thinks its still in petrol?

    Cheers

Hey DOC, I have a 95 VR and it wont run properly, it idles than stalls, when i rev it it dies straight away unless i release the throttle. I haveremoved the fuel tank and replaced the pump etc. Pump works fine but when in tank it is loud and sounds like its working to hard and nothing is coming out of the tank? When i blow down the return line fuel comes out fine though stops when air stops. Any way to solve this? The lines are all clear and the filter is new. 0419683208 any help would be greatly appreciated

not without seeing it, the bbq fuel fitters should be able to sort it out.
its normally the system they have fitted that screws something up.lol
