Yes, it's political, but I'm posting this info in a separate thread because:
1. It'll be easier to find
2. I think it's important! (only 2 weeks left before parliament resumes and they push it through)

Here is a link to the CEC's media release. At the bottom of the page you will also find the pdf links for all contact details of government senators and MP's, including the opposition ALP.
It's important (if you decide to act) to not only contact LNP members but also the opposition MP's, particularly Anthony Albanese the ALP opposition leader.

Here is a CEC media release about what is happening in New Zealand:

https://cecaust.com.au/media-releases/new-zealand-heads-monetary-madness-save-banks

You can still sign the petition at change.org:
https://www.change.org/p/scott-morr...ans-in-banks?source_location=petitions_browse

The $10,000 limit is just the start (to make it more palatable and hide their future agenda)
If the law is passed, the regulations within the law will allow the government to reduce the cash limit at any time. As stated by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) eliminating cash is the only way to fully implement negative interest rates and bank bail-ins using citizens deposits.

If you value your freedom, privacy and civil liberties we need to let our 'political leaders' know.
They are supposed to represent ALL Australians.....not the big banks, casinos, big corporations and the mega wealthy, who are the real 'black economy' of tax evasion and money laundering.

Nice opinion piece there about NZ. Just remember it's an opinion and take it as that. I think it's a very narrow minded opinion which just like the NZ media who are doing there damndest to make the population believe things are much worse than they are. These days the media are heavily biased so take what they say with a grain of salt!

One thing the RBNZ governor wants is for the NZ banks to hold more capital which is going to eat into their billion dollar profits. Quiet frankly it's about time those Aussie owned NZ banks stop fleecing NZ'ers.

NZ is a small economy and we aren't immune to what is happening around the world. The biggest headwind in the world of economics is some chump called Trump and his not so little trade wars with China who have been manipulating world trade for decades.

We need to get out of the UN its them controlling everything, they want Australia to stop major manufacturing and close down our bushland, its them who now made farmers not access water with all the buy backs, they simply want to keep our resources for when the world turns to poo, they want to push us into cities and completely control ever think we do and what to eat that's why they hate Trump he said no to them and even opened back up logging that's why they lay into him on media as they own and control it too. The UN was put in place after the second world war to keep the peace now they want to run the world.

HAHAA. Opinion + Supposition =/= Fact.

One pommy ex-real estate salesman (but very trustworthy I'm sure) who has been in New Zealand for a few months suddenly becomes an expert on the local economy and starts shouting " The sky is falling! The sky is falling!"

Yeah right *opens a Tui and waits for more conspiracy theorist nutjobs to wade into this thread*.

I was reading something last week stating that the cash limit only applied to business transactions and not the general public? Have I missed something?

Exactly. One or 2 so called experts have a opinion but instead of the media giving an unbiased article weighing all the facts they now drive the narrative and try to create the news instead.
