VY SS
Hey everyone,

I have a VY SS Wagon and have had it for about a year now, car was fine but after two months noticed that the auto was playing up, took it down for a major service and sure enough, was told the auto is on it way out.

Now... I originally wanted a manual but when I was looking for VY SS wagons, could only find auto's (stupidly had to rush as I needed a car to get me and my son around), as the auto in my car is going to eventually need replacing, how much more is it to convert to a manual, instead of replacing the auto? I have a friend that will be able to do it for me, so just wanting a figure on the actual parts.

Thanking you, Felicia.

I am looking at buying a vy or vz ute but most are auto, my question is can they easily be swapped over to manual. Has anybody undertaken this sort of project.

- what is the list of parts required

- and total cost is it still around $1500

thanks for any and all help in advance guys
