Hey quick question, I just brought a set of Autotecnica front bucket seats for my VR, I know I need a bracket to fit them to my existing rails, but I don’t know if they are sold as a pair or individually, can anyone shed some light before I order them? Cheers.
howdy merlin, i too purchased a pair of autotecnica seats. what i did was remove all the hardware under my factory buckets, to get them to fit the new seats i drilled new holes to suit. also had to put some packing/ shims/ washers between frame and seat due to clearance issues, probly took aprox 2 hours per seat. the biggest pain in the ass was reworking the bar at the front ya use to move seat backwards or forwards, i had to increase the angle of the bend so it could be opperated effectivly..... youll work it out dude, just try make em neat, in case ya ever ned to go over the pits. coz inspector will check em out as they aint standard. inspector asked if i had certified ones fitted, i replied " yes sir, of course sir, i had a mechanic do the job sir." good lad, he remarked.
