hey i am thinken of geting a b&m pro ratchet shifter and i have been wondring what the shifter thing dose on them and the little red thing whats if for look at the pic i have made arows on the thing i dont no what they do cheers trent

The front red one is the reverse lockout handle. The one you've marked with an arrow is the pointer to show what gear your in.
