Just wondering if anyone has made up a box to replace the boot access hatch in the backseat of a VT? If its been done before I'd love to see how it's been done.

Having an LPG tank in the boot, I've limited space, and since I removed the boot access hatch (because someone snapped the armrest in two) I think it's the perfect spot to put a slimline sub there, maybe a 10 or two 8s, provided I have enough clearance for the woofer. I'm likely doing a sealed box because I understand that gives a sharper bass note

I did one about 10 years ago and I must say I just wasn't impressed with performance. But 10yrs ago, slimlines were hopeless. But even still, I would consider 8s or 6x9s on the parcel shelf.
