I am having issues with the battery going dead, via something draining the battery.

I have no aftermarket parts on the car....I did a test via a multimetre and it appears as though something is drawing about 8 amps...This test was done by removing the earth from the battery....

What would draw that much amperage, so I know where to start, rather than pull fuse by fuse to find the source.

Thanks

Rather than pulling each fuse, measure the voltage drop across each fuse using pos and neg probes of your multimeter.
The fuse with the highest voltage drop will indicate which circuit to check.
Voltage reading will be in millivolts.
( there are test points at each end of the fuse )

I'll give it a go and see what crops up...Thanks
