check that the light in the boot is turning off. had a mate with a similar issue and one day I opened his boot and felt the lamp and it was really warm which indicated that it was not turning off. Replaced the switch and it never went flat again.

It will be a process of elimination to find the culprit be it lights not turning off, alternator not charging it properly, or wires that have rubbed thru and are earthing to the chassis. Use a multimeter and take out fuses one at a time. If any one circuit is draining more than the rest then you have your problem and know where to start to fix it.

could be the glove box light also. doubt it would be a short circuit as that would blow the fuse.

Look at the car in total darkness first.
