Got a bit of a squeaking coming from one of the idler pulleys....
Any one else replaced that bearing recently?
A mate suggested to get the bearing number/code and get a new bearing from the bearing shop...
Does anyone know the code/number of the bearing?
I've only got one vehicle so would save me having to take of the belt etc to check it then put it back on to drive to the bearing shop....
Any help appreciated guys...
Cheers.

You're better off just buying the whole pulley for around $30 from Repco, Bursons, etc.

Was a 1997 vt v6 wagon
Depends which pulley is noisy, the top two use ball bearing number 6203 2rs and the lower one, between the A/C and harmonic balancer uses a 6303 2rs. But, if you have original G.M. plastic pulleys, they are a throw away job, as the bearings are moulded into the plastic.

Thanks for the info guys, looking at the engine from the front it's the smaller one one the right hand side, Supercheap Auto is just down the road, I'll check them out and see if they have a replacement pulley...
