hey all,

heres my vn.. had it for about two years now its transformed heaps since i got it in granny stock form which you can see lol. lots more planns now that ive finished school and working full time :D

have a read and leave me some feedback. peace:)

Model: 1990 VN Berlina (v6 s1 from factory)
Colour: Alpine White
Bodykit: SS
Engine Type: 304 VS SS 5L 185i
Engine Mods: foamie chip, k&n pod, iradium plugs, topgun 10mm gloss red leads, k&n pod, rocker breathers
Exhaust: pacies, single magnaflow metal cat full 3inch stainess system, straighthru magnaflow stainless muffler, twin 2.5 tips
Gearbox: 4spd auto, stage 2 shiftkit, corvette servo, big boost valve
Diff: v6 diff, full rebuild including 3.9 gears and a Lockright Lokka
Brakes: standard rear painted red, vy twin spot fronts, braided front lines, hub adaptors, dba slotted rotors, vx master cylinder and booster setup
Suspension: rear on king ultralows recompressed 1.5" down upper springs insultator swapped wid bottom ones, bottoms removed, nolathane upper and lower arms, adj panhard rod, HD link pins, KYB short shocks
front KYB inserts, nolathane adj strut tops, all front bushes redone with nolathane, king v6 ultra lows
Wheels/Tyres: polished 19" vx gts copies wid whitewalls and branding removed
Interior: vs berlina seats, blue footwell neons, paintin here and there, custom dash face, ss dash tag, issota white leather steering wheel and issota boss kit
Stereo: pioneer 4" front, pioneer pro series 6" rear, 2 pioneer amps, soundstream 12" sub, pioneer deck
Build Period: 3 yrs
Cost: not much to buy.. spent tons on it soo far
Other Mods: au thermo fans, boot neon, polishing hear and there, 15% tint, calais tail lights, white pinstriping over garnish and lights, painted fuel tank, granny strips revomed

Future Mods: full respray, 284 cam and eventually a blower

current plans for car are:
new topgun leads
new sparkies
blue boot neon

thats al next week and savin to lower front and tighten it all up eg. strut brace :D

Nice VN beefcream! Good to see a fellow white VN Berlina in Adelaide :w00t:
But damn are those rear lights dark. After bein defected for both blue parkers and tinted rear lights i might suggest you try using some masking tape around the reflectors then use some cotton wool and nail polish remover on the tint on those reflectors. If you untint the reflectors you cant be defected for tinted rear lights, and it looks good too in my opinion. Although you still need to be able to see the brake lights and indicator from 30m away in the daytime...
