Been through 3 tailshaft s keeps twisting them and snapping and it's only making 420rwh?

Wow that tailshaft twisted like a jelly snake.
If you did the maths on the increase in torque your engine is making now compared to what it made standard, and what the tailshaft was designed to handle it would be clear that you have gone above the design limit.
It also depends on your wheels and tyres.
People love to spend thousands on the horsepower pissing contest but forget about all the other links in the chain.
Unfortunately Holden didn't over engineer these by much. Because it's cheaper and lighter to make things only as strong as they need to be, not thinking about dudes doing mods later on.

Holden didn't engineer them, Dana Spicer did and they are plenty strong for your average enthusiast mods plus a bit more. There's a number of cars on this forum with a stock tailshaft making more power than me, who have lost boxes and diffs before shafts

That looks like a small tailshaft? (Comparing it to your foot.)
Are we talking tailshafts or drive shafts?

I thought the same thing when I saw it, hence the reason I asked about V6...

Yea it's a tailshaft out of a vy clubsport the the 2 link shaft going from the gearbox to the diff I had to resize the photo to upload it on here

Was it a Clubsport tail shaft so you could be charged more for that V6 tail shaft?

Mate 420 at the wheels is impressive, twice as much as our L76. It's a problem that l wouldn't mind having. Good luck.
