Problem with the cluster, best get your hands on a tech 2 and find out why it's displaying "serv Error"
It's slow to turn off the warning lights (cel etc) alternator in good condition? one chime i recognise as oil pressure.
Unless there's another way, as i have a tech 2 i've never had to worry about other methods so someone else may chip in with it if possible.

Probably airbag warning. There should be a warning light as well.

First lot of beeps is airbag warning.
Second lot is either temp or low oil warning, can't remember which (both? Do they use the same warning?) haven't heard it for a while. Thinking oil...

2nd is also same for the hand brake if pulling up while driving. Think also for fuel since the gauge is very low.

possibly cluster or abs module
start with display diagnostics
Hold mode and up then key on
Release buttons
then
Press Mode = Dash Part Number - e.g. 1731
Press Mode = Mode Switch Voltage - e.g. BV - - - 5.0
Press Mode = Battery Voltage - e.g. V 11.8
Press Mode = Petrol Sender Voltage - e.g. FUEL 02.6
Press Mode = LPG Sender Voltage - e.g. VL 5.0
Press Mode = Remaining Fuel - e.g. 38L
Press Mode = Instantaneous Fuel (Liters per Hour) - e.g. 12.8 L/H
Press Mode = Engine Coolant Temp - e.g. 63 C
Press Mode = Vehicle Speed - e.g. 45 KM/H
Press Mode = Tachometer - e.g. 2380
Press Mode = Park Lamps Switch - e.g. P OFF
Press Mode = Dash Trouble Codes - e.g. t 00 (Press up/down to scroll through any codes, these are not PCM, ABS, etc codes)
Press Mode = Dash Test - All gauges will move, lights will come on and buzzer will sound.
when you get to dash trouble codes use down arrow to scroll through
these are CLUSTER FAULTS NOT ECU FAULTS
if - - after code means ok
if hc means faulty
nu not used
i suspect you have t08 hc

The video was not visible to me yesterday (just a plugin vulnerability warning) but after watching it I change my plea to ABS module.
