gday guys and girls just wondering if anyone here is into bonsai trees. im looking at getting my first bonsai. so im after something which will be easy to maintain while also looking good. Any ideas? Cheers Dabba

I got one from my grandmother many a year ago. Shaped it and wired it and that is how it stays apart from the occasional trim. Looking to get another one to shape a little differently.

My bonsai lives outside in it's pot so mother nature cares for it for me (with some watering help in summer). As for keeping one indoors it's a little more work as you need to simulate outdoors or just put it outside for a while.

Just read up on basic gardening to avoid basic mistakes like overwatering etc and you'll be fine.
