Bellhousing bolt sizes

hi,

I've tried to do searches for this, but not coming up with all the info I think I need.

I'm after replacement bolts to bolt the bellhousing to the engine block.

I've read that it's 3/8" 16 UNC, but not sure on what length is required?

Does anyone have any specs? I've asked the local Holden dealer who says they've been discontinued by Holden and they have no specifications.

Or even better, is there a pack that I can purchase?

Sorry, this is for a 304/Auto.

You will have to measure the depth of the bolt holes then add the bell housing flange thickness.

A wrecker will have enough of these to sink a battle ship......So that'd be my port of call

The total length is 43 mm. The markings on the head of the bolt mean nothing to me but high tensile bolts should be fine. Any nuts and bolts shop should be able to provide them for you.

3 dash bolts are 8.8, 5 dash are 10.9.
