Belt Tensioner Pully VS COMMODORE

Hi Guys,
Can someone please tell me if the bolt that holds the fan belt tesioner pully is left or right hand thread,I want to replace the very noisy pully but unfortunately I can't get it undone.

laft hand. don't turn it right or you will bugger it and be up for a new tensioner arm

With due respect, calling it left or right handed sometimes leads to confusion. The tensioner pulley is removed by turning the bolt clockwise, and tightened (installed) by turning anti-clockwise. I've been caught before!.

been caught too, i mashed the bolt head before actually thinkin (silly me) some joint wanted $14 odd bucks for a new one!!! got a secondhandie for $3 at a wreckers.

New pulley for me $30, taking the inner bearing off after welding itself to pulley arm around $70.
