I fitted these pads with new t2 slotted disk and l must say a nice combo. Even better if your abs is active.

Got the Bendix HD pads with DBA X-Series drilled & slotted rotors on the front and rear of my VZ 1 Tonner.
Extremely happy with the overall performance of this combo, especially from standard size brakes.
They bite well from the first application when cold in the morning, but they also bite well when hot after being worked hard.

I had to jump on the brakes really hard a few months after fitting them to avoid a rice burner who pulled out on the highway in front of me, and at 130km/h they pulled me up with plenty of room to spare......Enough proof for me that they were worth the purchase & price

Yep they will put your face in the windscreen. I havent given them a hard time other than towing and even threw the hills with a trailer loaded l havent any issues with fade. Thumbs up from me.

Been using DBA rotors & Bendix pads for years, have been tempted to try others but keep going back to what I know works for me.
Maybe when they are due to be replaced I'll try some different pads like the EBC Redstuff or QFM's as lots of forum members rate them very highly, but will definitely be sticking with DBA rotors that's for sure.

I didnt mind the stockys to be honest. But instead of disk machining l did the changeover. Went for hd pads as dba recommended a heavy pad for my application. Ceramic would wear quicker from memory. I did want t3s.
    Meybe next.

Basically the same reason why I used the Heavy Duty pads, the DBA rep I spoke to said that DBA recommended the Bendix Heavy Duty pads with the X series rotors.
