What is the best washing detergent product you use to wash your car? What your best wax product and why?

I like water out of our tank and a big sponge.
Find that water is better than the town water.
    Chamois off to dry.

I buy wash and wax that is on special. Best use some sort of car wash as it is normally PH neutral. The above mentions are good. Just make sure you wax every 4 months if you use a thick wax or every month if you use a lazy wax. I like to thick wax every 5 or 6 months and lazy wax a couple of times in between. I use Bowdens but there are a few good options out there

Meguiars and Autoglym are well regarded. I have used Autoglym and an assortment of products like Polyglaze and NuFinish (once a year car polish) over the years looking for efficient products that give great results.

Great stuff, I apply every 12 weeks, and use the Ultimate Wash & Wax for regular washes. Tried the NXT wash but didn’t get the same results as the Ultimate.

I use genuine' SNOWFOAM' first followed
by Meguairs ULTIMATE 'wash and wax'

Superb result each week.. and then once a
month, don't chamois dry but use DuraGloss
'Aquawax' system to dry it. Even better ... :)
