Best obd2 scanner tool that can clear abs/srs codes ect?or get a tech 2 tool

Just seeing if anyone on here knowknows of any obd2 scanner tools that work well with vy commodorecommodore to clear codes like abs and srs engine lights? Or am I worth worth getting a tech 2 tool
