Hi,I would appreciate advice as I find my SSV S2 shift quality to be a bit rubbery & light.I want a more muscle car type action, more direct ,firmer & shorter travel BUT without transmitting much noise or vibration. In my previous 2009 R8 I had a Walkinshaw short shifter fitted in 2012 & the shift action was good but the increased vibration & noise was very noticeable & disappointing.
Thanks in advance for your input.

I have had two Rip Shifts in previous SS's, one the Street version, one the race version. Street version was a lot quieter than the race version. Both great pieces of kit.

Interesting because I've always installed shifters in my manuals but my VF2 seems the best factory one yet so not going to change(5000k so far)

2 Ve's had the ripshifter(street version) and my VY SV8 never any issues

Had a harrop shifter in VY clubsport and was better then factory but wasn't as good as a ripshifter
