    hey guys i have a vt v6 and im wanting to do a full service on it but im wondering whats the best (or close to) stuff to use? i usually use ngk spark plugs just the cheap ones, bosch leads, repco oil filter and valvoline oil and repco air filter.... but whats some goog decent products?... ive heard of iradium plugs or something like that lol are they any good?.... cheers all

    Iridium plugs are pretty much like other plugs except they last a lot longer, 4 or 5 times longer. There is nothing wrong with the brands you have listed but I personally have been put off by NGK, their leads in particular.

    no worries mate.. i have these leads on the car now with champion plugs, i did notice a little bit more throttle response and ran abit better than normal which i was happy with so i might just go with that set up again... but use some better oils maybe.. thanks accentstencil

    I use genuine plugs and leads and Valvoline 10/40 .I,ve just done a 430,000km service and it drives like another 430,000 might well be on the cards

    Forget the standard air filter and go k&n or drift panel filter. They are great and pay for themselves in 3 services

    i normally use what youv'e listed but a ryco filter and castrol oil
