Best way to remove VS door moulds?

Takes awhile to do, When I did mine, I was upto my last door ,when i realised the person who last owned my car had taken the door mould off and had put it back on without taking the old sikaflex off, so i was left with 2 layers of sikaflex

yes hair dryer might make it easier but if you can get ur hands on a heat gunthat the best solution. i just bought some S pack side skirrts off a wrecked spack and the skirts are bonded on with the same **** that bonds the moulds to the doors except theres alot more of it! We got them off by heating the skirt up and pulling back the lower edge of the skirt and getting someone else to get under the skirt with a flexi stanely blade while other dude is pulling up on the edge. Hope this gives you some ideas
