Best way to rewire all the speakers in VZ

Has anyone made a DIY guide to replacing all the stock speaker wire in VT - VZ and concealing it all, as I want to do this when i hook up my 4 channel amp, had a quick nosey around when hooking up all the rcas and stuff but couldnt figure it out :hmmm:
