i am in process of probably buying the 71mm tb from yella terra. what are peoples comments on the brand n size????

Yella Terra is a great brand. What Kritical said about the car idling way too high... thats only if someone forgets to connect a hose properly or something. Under normal circumstances there will be no difference.

71mm is good, but no better than a 70mm. The elbow is only 68mm anyway.... So anything more than 68mm wont make any difference.

my elbow was slightly smaller that my 69.7mm TB so i just got out the die grinder and went for gold, now they are both the same. i've removed mine now cause i found it was not quiet closing properly, it was great when i did a lot of motorway driving but now i do mostly stop/start and it seems to run better with the original TB which all i've done on is grind away the small ridge b 4 the butterly and smoothed it out really and ground the throttle stop so that it opens fully as per another thread on this site
