Shouldn't the battery be well ventialted if your constantly charging it?
Welcome to Just Commodores, a site specifically designed for all people who share the same passion as yourself.
That should be easier, ill decide when im buying the cables and thatOr you could use a terminal block, just depends on how many things you connecting.
the sub will be in the middle of one side of the bin, the battery wont need to be changed or removed unless it shits itself as it will have a charger on the outsideI said on top of the box, not on top of the bin. Make the bottom (1/4 - 1/3 or so) of the bin into a box for the sub, then battery on the box in a cradle. Then you don't have to reach to the bottom of the bin to get to the battery either.
100 ring terminals? 2 amps and a head unit... That's 3 cables per post or is there more?
good idea, how about in my battery box, with a hose to the side of the bin, hole cut in the side with mesh on it.Shouldn't the battery be well ventialted if your constantly charging it?
Itll have a charger attached to it perminantly, with the charger bit on the outside under the amps with the cables running inside it, all the cables leading to the outside will be as short as possible and the hole they went through siliconed up.Make sure you have a way to easily charge the battery without removing it.
Apart from that, its a ****ing random idea.
Diagram 1, 2, and 3 does not matter. It won't make a difference how much wire you use.
No worries, mate. But a sub mounted in the side of a wheelie bin without a proper enclosure will sound shithouse. The pressure from the sub is going to be trying to get out every opening, including around the head unit, out the lid, and through the other speakers. The sub will cause the 6x9's to distort and sound **** too.the sub will be in the middle of one side of the bin

All your speakers will say 4 ohm, and yes they are fine.
If you want to do this properly, even though it is a bit of a laugh, you really need a second wheelie bin. (Surround sound = 5.1 wheelie bins FTW!!)
Kidding, but seriously get a second bin, and a second sub. You can get those Fusion En's new for like 70 bucks, maybe even less, if you tell them your actually putting it an a bin where it belongs haha.
You have 2 x 3300T amps yes? Well, use one for each sub. That will give you 150 rms going into each sub.
So each bin will house a 12 inch sub, and a pair of 6x9's.
Run the speakers high pass off the head unit's 4 channels. This way you will atleast achieve some sort of sound stage. And if you build the enlcosure correctly in the bin, it may sound ok once it's all done.
But like it's been said earlier, you must seal each speaker, sub ect off from each other, or it will sound shithouse to say the least. Even if you just make some simple sealed MDF enclosures that fit in the dimensions of the bin, and line up with the cutout's through the bin for your speakers.
