Make a loop of electrical tape (so it's double sided) and stick it inside the cover. I found mine to be like that when I got them and they are doing a fine job so far, haven't lost one.

They are quite a loose fit, rather poor design really.

There is a new part number fits a lot tighter, Part no 92180807......Old Part no 92180803..
If its a new ve they should have been changed over on pre delivery. hope this helps.....
Also there is a special cover for ve lock nuts...

If you go to Holden they will now replace under warranty and also fit part no 92145740 flock tape inside as the wheel nut bores are to deep resulting in wheel stud extendingtoo far past the end of the wheel nut to allow fitment of cap.

I reckon they should upgrade everyone to 19" rims as it only happens on the 18" rims

neve happened to me, although I got clocked doing 250km .... wich explains why I didn't reply to this earlier :p
