G'day all, Just needing some help with a few questions cheers!

1. Just bought this car used a few days ago and haven't been checking out some of the features and came across this. From my understanding, it is aftermarket and not plugged in so I have no idea its use.

2. My 2009 SV6 I believe has a factory Bluetooth kit as you have read above I only recently purchased the used vehicle to find that it wasn't working, I removed the glove box to find it had been disconnected once I had plugged it back in it worked although when using it to transmit audio from my phone to the car via the Bluetooth module it aint working any idea would be appreciated.

Photos of my cars current state (also video to visually see my issue)

Above is the Bluetooth Module. The white plug that's not connected was disconnected when I first discovered the issue.

Above is a unplug cord could this be the solution??? not sure and NO IT IS NOT THE WHITE PLUG ON RIGHT!!!! i know that the lower white plug is for glove box. The plug without a connection is the hidden one on the left a closer picture is displayed below!!!

What do you mean audio from the phone? Speech or music?
Can you make calls and talk to Siri / google?
Series 1 VE can't play music via Bluetooth

Do you hear any beeps at all through the speakers? Can the caller hear you talk?
I guess you would have tried turning the volume up already.
