Bluetooth not working & unable to close out of pop up

Hey - my bluetooth decided to stop working mid drive and no longer lets me reconnect or recognises my phone, I’ve searched far and wide and nothing fixes the issue. While I was trying to fix the issue someone suggested I clear the private data which I did however now it won’t let me close the popup that appeared.

These cars have a history of doing weird stuff with the various electronic systems when the battery is failing.

However for a start I'd try disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes and see if that fixes your issue.
