Bluetooth, Phone cant find my ve's bt?

Hi,

I have a 09 VE Sv6 ute, and im having trouble pairing my phone to my ute. The phone is a Sony Ericcson C903, according to the holden website my phone has full compatibilty with the ute. I turn the bt on my phone on, then search for devices when I have the ignition in my ute on. But the my phone says no devices found? What am I doing wrong? or not doing?

Nah should work mate. My nokia found it straight away without a drama doing it the way you are. Either your phone isn't compatible or the unit is faulty.

I have the same trouble with my Samsung U900T, even though the holden website says it has compatibility, it wont connect for ****, but the wifes nokia E71 connects straight away ....

oh looked on the holden website again, and I think I have to upgrade the software in the phone. Its a brandnew phone and the software label seems older than the one stated on the holden website.

That's been the case for a few phones. Software updates on the phones seems to fix the issue.
