Hi all.
I was cleaning engine bay on my Crewman and popped a spring off from its home somewhere on the underside of the Bonnet I think.
The spring is about 25mm long and 15mm in diameter.
Can someone tell or show me where it should go please

There’s three springs to do with the bonnet. 2 of them are big and unlikely to just come out. They are part of the radiator support panel. If they did come out somehow, the bonnet wouldn’t work.

I’d bet the spring is this one in the bonnet latch.
This is off my VE, but it’s exactly the same as those on VZ and models previous (I think since VB)

It could be this one, but you would know if it came off?

Hi again
I dont know how to upload the pic I took; but the spring is both small and fairly light duty
It is about 25mm long and only 15mm in diameter

The spring in the photo I provided is light duty and matches those dimensions. It tucks into the bonnet latch.
