Tune, Injectors, Cooler... Could be anything, Sounds like the car is Pinging from leaning out due to **** fuel & too much boost...

In short terms, Your Air Fuel ratio is ####ed...

Are you using 98 octane? Ive heard A small number of people who do the pulley upgrade have needed to regap their spark plugs to 1.0mm. Id try running on consistent 98 octane from BP or Mobil and getting new plugs with the standard 1.3mm gap. If the problem still happens get a feeler gauge and regap the plugs to 1.0-1.1mm and see if it makes a difference.

did you change the SC belt? because you need a smaller belt for a smaller pulley.
