Nah I paid for it, after two installs myself with mates I decided we were never getting it as clean as professionally done.

It basically was a bare metal boot, not even carpet or anything, so I got the entire lot done, then finished it off with a spare tyre cover from Holden.

Don't ask me how much, lets just say too much.

Yeah Gobbles they go pretty good, they manage to rattle just about everything in the car. they give good back massages too LOL

This is the system that was put in when the car was purchased at the end of 1991. It was top of the line back then, would have cost a fortune, and it still pumps really hard now.

Its all old school Pioneer/Alpine but it still sounds damn good.

Yeah, and theres a couple of house alarm piezos hiding in there for safety.

i just finished putting 2 15s in my boot and carpeting the whole thing. The beige carpet took me ages to find, but im glad i did the hunting round cos it matches the beige leather interior

hertz hs300 12" sub running off a jaycar 2x150 putting out 450wrms bridged.. i love this setup (nice and loud, good for showing off to friends).. all you gotta do is sit in the back middle and you get an awesome back massage

oh yeah and the car is a vn exec

Mine seems lame now...

I thought it was cool and clean but next to others mine is little ( call it sub envy...) all home done. its not high quality stuff but its a start.
Just aside: where do you pick up the spare wheel covers from they rock! spare is ugly!
