Does any 1 know if VZ has a constant power wire running to the boot/parcel shelf

tried searching for one but haven't found it yet, i know I can wire a direct wire but it might be easier if one already exists

    Thanks

Maybe you should say what you need it for to begin with.

    Cheers

Boot light isn't a constant is it?
Anyway pulled apart my mums Executive tested all the wires, I got yelled at alot for ripping it apart LOL. And I can't find a single constant wire there.
My personal advice is just run some new cabling from the fuse box (install a new fuse for it) and your laughing. Failing that you can tap a constant wire from the inside of your car, which I am ashamed to say I do alot (the amps can spare some power :p)

I believe it is, all of the interior lights seem to have a constant 12v and are switched by the negative wire (ie when boot is opened the circuit closes on the negative line, so that there is a flow of current).

You don't want to be connecting anything to the boot lighting curcuit. This is because it is connected the the illumination relay which is controlled by the BCM. Meaning the BCM could turn it off.

Best to run your own battery feed. If that's what you want.

One of the terminals on the boot switch will have constant 12V
