boot release button in glovebox

vt ii, v6 sedan.

Boot opens OK with physical key and with key button but NOt with glove box button.

Does not anyone know which wiring circuits need to be checked ( and where the wires are located) or if any particular fuses are specific to boot button release.

You gotta think outside the box... What else happens when you hit the boot release button on your key fob?
(Psst... Check your hazards fuse )
