Boss kit problems

hey about a year ago my mate put a new steering wheel on for me, with a boss kit

only problem i have had was the horn only worked when you push the boss kit back bit more

it needs tightening up how held on, the main steering wheel knut or?

let me know thanks guys

that shouldnt affect the horn..

pry the horn button assembly out and see if a wire is lose etc

nah its def the boss kit,, like the parts where they touch, the horn button is out, ya can put the wires together nothing, untill you move the boss kit back,
like its its loose

oh.. maybe its not earthing etc..

take the horn button out, there will be a big nut in the middle

id be a bit worried if that was lose tho..

but try that an see how it goes mate..

if not try pulling it off and cleaning up the contact points of the shaft

ide say you may find the brass peg is worn down in behind the boss kit that the boss kit ring rubs against
