Sorry for jumping on this forum late but I just wanna ask a few more Q's just along the line as we are talking about brake pads & rotors,

After going through some articles from google and a few threads at "forums.justcommodores.com.au" its confirmed that there is no doubt,

+Best Budget Rotors - DBA
(but which model to choose if we go for slotted rotors)

+Best Budget Brake Pads - Bendix

+What is the best brake oil to use?

I've heard Lucas have the best fluids

+What are the best Braided Stainless Brake Lines to use?

Btw I drive a Holden Commodore VZ 3.6L ALLOYTEC LY7 V6

Fu Manchu

We’ll get together. Have a few laughs.

Use brake fluid that meets the required standards. If you believe Lucas is best, use Lucas, as long as it meets the required standards.

Brake rotors can be difficult. Best performance slotted and drilled, reduced pad life though.

Dimpled would be a good choice.

Try find braided lines that meet ADR’s.

Safe brake Australia do a good braided brake line kit and can’t go wrong with rda slotted and dimpled rotors with the ebc pads from empowered automotive fitted all of the above to my ve and it has made a decent improvement to the brakes
