i have the VS GTS twin pot 330mm brake setup on my VS and it was easy as, just a note: get new brake hoses (braided or rubber, it doesnt matter) and get them 150mm longer than the standard VN-VS hoses. mine dont sit in the bracket on the strut tower, just a little too short lock to lock.
i recomment this setup, same bolt up, essentially no cert required as they are off the same car. also no need to change the master or booster.

think mine cost me $765 was easy as piSS to install, and i know nothin bout brakes - just make sure if ya get the Ve brakes they go on opposite to what they are stamped as the VE brakes are on the back of the calliper and the Vn/vp are at the front of the calliper also

interesting, my car doesn't really stop (sometimes i wonder if it's just my car or if it's normal). would like to hear more about them, but...
*298 diam fits std wheel sizes from 16"
*322 diam fits most wheel sizes from 17"

i run 15 inch stockies, no chance of them fitting?

My car before it broke :p was able to lock up the wheels from 100 without any real problem that's how a stock 5 litres brakes shoudl work. If not you have issues

i've never tried *that* hard, but braking harder than normal from 100 is scary, the car becomes unpredictable and the steering wheel shakes like crazy

If it's locking up you have issues.

Not really - any car without ABS will lock the brakes if you slam them hard enough at most speeds. Mmmmmmm... warped rotors :)

Bigger brakes aren't so much about being able to "stop faster" - at legal speeds anyway. Better tyres do that. Good brakes with bad tyres still won't stop. Bigger brakes help when braking REPEATEDLY and from higher speeds.

And ofc logically, if you're applying torque (or friction, if that's technically a different thing) from a wider point on the radius of a circle, you're going to have an easier time making stuff happen!

VT 296mm rotors you can run a 15" rim
    VE 320mm rotors require a 16"
VT HSV 330mm rotors require a 17" rim
