I heard the ball that took him out was travelling at over 130kmh.

Proof that every km over the limit is a killer. The bloke who chucked the ball needs to face charges.

are you serious ??, Sean Abbott will live with that with the rest of his life , every time he bowls a ball , if he ever does again , the thought of Phil Hughes will be in his mind , have you no heart , or feelings of empathy?, surely that is redemption enough , the fact that Sean Abbott has Phil Hughes in his mind probably forever.

Why don't you go and find a subject you know something about to comment on? Either you know bugger all about cricket or are deliberately trolling with an idiotic statement like that.

ffs im over hearing about this. yes its sad a young bloke died (even though theres deaths on the roads every day and all you hear is 'traffic is heavy on the X'). but to be played on every single news update (radio, tv, internet) is ridiculous. he was a cricket player! ffs he is far from an aussie hero. not even fallen soldiers have recieved this much media attention.

f**k the flame suit. you can keep your bs post about how he was some type of icon for a boring as **** sport. he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. just like every other tragic death that happens that we dont hear about.

I'm with Jecs. Never heard of him until my news feed lit up. Yes it's sad but to bang on and on and on about it?

As my Son said, Lenny died yesterday but no one seems to want to put that on the front page.
