Brock Group Three typeface or font?

Does anyone know what the typeface or font HDT used in the 80's for their decals????

I wouldn't think there'd be an actual "font", that would mean creating at least 256 characters when only a handful were really needed?

I'd say the above was based on the early Commodore "SS" decals...

...and I would say that was just artwork done by somebody in GMH at the time?
