broken airconditioner switch

heyy ppl, while installing my head unit my friend broke my air conditioner switch. It is the heat control dial, and when he went to put it back on he pushed the inner pin inwards. Does anyone know if this can be fixed? or do i need a new unit? cheerz boiiz damez

that pin can push back outwards. you have to pull the switch back out to do it.
