wot specs are different in the vs bt1 and y did the cops choose these mods? has any1 noticed the shitload of harnesses in those things?

Not all BT1 models had IRS or LR tanks or sump plates and I think all Execs (like most other cars) have spare harnesses so options can be fitted easily on the production line.
FE2 suspension gave them better handling. Remember the BT1 was used also by other "essential services" like SES, Fire dept, Military police, Customs and sometimes by other Gov't depts for no other reason than because they figured they would go harder than a standard Commodore. Some have had pretty hard lives whilst others were treated like babies.

It is just a standard commodore with the suspension.. Goes no harder
