rear camber wear is an issue with the vt aswell. I'm not 100% sure how too explain it so ill leave it to someone who knows more about the problem.

The insides of the tyres wear prematurely.. Sometimes they can wear the tyre out after 8000km.. It can f*ck up the inner sidewall, meaning you HAVE TO replace it or you'll be all over the place..

So pretending you're looking at the right tyre from behind..

Instead of looking like |_| it'll look more like \_|

The problem was rectified in the Series 2 VX with an adustable control arm, but the VT and VX1 can be fixed with a camber kit, just talk to Pedders and ask em about a 4 point kit.. Probably about $500, but it will save your tyres..

And good to see a Ford driver here offering help.. Good stuff mate..

Wow was it really that bad of a problem? Does it do any damage to the engine?

Nope, i know guys who cold start slap all the time. What peopel do not realise is that due to being an alloy block eveyr sound is intensified 100x, so it sounds worse than it actually is :)

One thing, try and surprise the owners so they can't warm it for even 30 seconds prior, hard to do, but you want it bone cold.
