Buying LS1 Parts in US of A!

Hey lads, not sure if i'm posting this in the right section or not but I thought this would be the best bet.

I am taking a trip in around 8 weeks to the land of the free and home of the brave, good ol 'Merica.

I was wondering if anyone on here has bought engine parts while in America and if it was cost effective rather than buying online or from within Australia?

Thinking of doing a cam, lifter etc upgrade and maaaaaybe heads in the near-ish future so thought I might be able to save myself some coin by grabbing a few bits and pieces while over there.

Ws6store is where it's at. Can get cam, springs and pushrods any grind any length rode for $579 us from memory for 1219 spring. 679 for duals.
