Hey guys ..

Well ive replaced my stock rotors with DBA slotted drilled and upgraded pads front and rear.

Well over 80kph mark I hear a high pitch buzzing noise. Louder when passing concrete barriers but can still hear it without barriers... when I put my foot on the brake even slighty the noise stops..

Ive uploaded a vid sorry bout wind noise but if you listen carefully you can hear it..
Sometimes only sometimes slow speed squeal aswel but maybe once a month if that ..

I'll go with brake pads slightly rubbing.
Brand new pads?
Have they been bed in?

How many Ks have you done since you replaced the rotors? Are the pads fully bedded in - in other words are there any areas on the rotors that aren't being swept clean by the pads? To check, spray the rotors with water, wait a couple of hours until the rotors discolour a little, the take the car for a drive and apply the brakes a couple of times. Then look at the rotors and see if any of the areas on the rotor aren't shiny. You also may be getting some drag from the handbrake at the rear if you replaced the rear rotors as well?.

i will also add it doesnt do it all the time... only when the car is hot and still doesnt do it all the time.. comes and goes .. i do however park near a garden bed with red rocks in it.. and after a windy day my wheels get a red tinge to it... i wonder if that red dust is stuck on the pad.... will try brake cleaner today
