New update because of the requests from ebay and gumtree, Full replacement part. Doing some test prints for now, hoping to have this available soon.

I am going to keep the original part that I have made, (now in revision 4) and add the full factory replacement including the filter attachment.

When we come out of lockdown I will try to get onto a VB-VH or VN-VS

So, almost finished. Lots of trial and error to get a good fit. This thing is a pain in the neck to redesign. Every corner is at a different height and that all plays into to mounting brackets. Its been a frustrating weekend. Lockdown isn't helping and its taken a while to get my filament. Hope to have a good final test print done tonight and do some clean up this weekend. Does anyone have some recommendations with regards to the foam underlay on the factory part. I have a roll of M3 double sided foam tape I was planning on using. I know the stuff on the factory part is completely done. Is there any benefit to putting some on?

I think some thin EPDM instead. Adhesive on one side. Its a closed cell foam that will make a good seal.

Finally have a good print. I'm waiting on some EPDM now and I'll have them up. I'll offer all three.

Looks the shizz. You must feel pretty stoked with being able to do that. A lot of time etc, yeah, but how good is it!

And about 1kg of filiment and several failed prints . Took forever to get the bottom right, especially the body mounts. Atleast now I have a direct factory replacement part. I didn't realise how many people were rebuilding cars and wanted it.

EPDM worked well. I'll be chucking all three on ebay later tonight.
