When I got my VR V6 wagon over 2 years ago, it would go around 250 to 280kms a tank before the low fuel light came on. Now with a Greenfoam chip, CAI and catback exhaust, I am regularly getting between 330 to 350kms before the low fuel light comes on.

I drilled the holes on the plastic bit on top of the radiator to fit the push rivets in. Put a metal plate between the plastic and the radiator to avoid drilling through.

Did mine the other night and also did a memcalchange all for 200 bucks with a high flow panel filter. The ute goes hard now

Best bang for buck without going with F/A or cams etc!

Just remember that it will have to come off if you need a radiator repair.
I used trim plugs the one on the left is holden the one on the right after market holds the cai down better.
I got my radiator repaired so the top had to come off and I found out the plastic plugs are only good for one screw in so had to get new ones but they are cheap.
